Whatcom County Information Technology, 03/2013-04/2019. Managed operations in mailroom for the County Courthouse. Created mailroom desk manual, assisted with establishing policy regarding mail processes. Responsible for use and maintenance of mail meter and equipment, used MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access.

Whatcom County District Court, 07/2012-12/2012. Temporary Receptionist. Assisted customers by phone, looked up sensitive court records. Performed filing and other office tasks as needed.
